Grevillea Bee Bath - Medium
Handmade Bee Bath imprinted with Native Grevillea and then hand painted with layers of underglaze.
Did you know that bees are among the most numerous and efficient pollinators in the world? It is really important to welcome bees into gardens by providing them with safe places to land, drink, and relax.
You can place the baths in the garden where the bees like to be. They can go in a pot plant, on a rock or log. There is an overflow space, so it doesn’t get too full. The handmade ‘pebbles’ are there for the bees and other insects to sit on.
Made with midfire speckled grey clay (fired to 1200 C). This bee bath is glazed inside. 14cm at the widest point and 5cm at its highest point. All measurements are approximate.
Dishwasher safe but I recommend handwashing to extend their life. It will need to be cleaned from time to time - just like a bird bath.
All my products are made by hand in my tiny studio in Melbourne. Due to being handmade, no two pieces are the same and slight imperfections add to the uniqueness of each piece. They are all perfectly imperfect!
